I discovered Marguerites before Katrina. Since then I’ve only gotten my King Cakes from Marguerites. However these California’s are strange. So if you could go light on the icing I’d appreciate it. Also,FYI, the last orders the shippers didn’t handle the Cakes that were gifts properly, the Cakes were a mess. Still delicious I was told.
This cake is for the florist I now work at who’ve never has King cake.
